We have a new option for Kauai pizza on the north shore. Wiki Pizza opened their kitchen at the Hanalei Bay Resort in Princeville, Kauai. By ordering online ahead of time, you may pick up your pie(s) at the time you request, and have it back at your hotel or vacation rental in minutes. Just knock on the red door and someone will hand you your order.
According to the website, Wiki Pizza’s dough is fermented for up to 72 hours which creates a light and crispy crust. They try to use locally sourced products when possible, including Maui Gold pineapples and Mango Habanero barbecue sauce. Their pizza comes in three different forms: 14 inch American Classic (pictured above), 18 inch New York Style (pictured above), and the 13 x 18 inch Sicilian Pan. Prices range from $24 to $38 per pizza. Vegan and Gluten-free options are available.
14 Inch American Classic Style Choices:
Buffalo Chicken $25: Mozzarella cheese, buffalo sauce, chicken, pepperoncini, red onion, chives and house made ranch.
Quattro Formaggi $25: Fresh mozzarella, ricotta cheese, pecorino romano, parmigiano cheese finished with calabrian wild oregano and basil.
Meatball $26: House made bolognese sauce; carrot, onion, beef and pork slowed cooked in our vine ripe tomatoes. Pecorino romano and meatballs. Finished with fresh basil and wild oregano.
Garden Isle $24: Mozzarella cheese, baby spinach, red onion, mushroom, grape tomatoes, black olives, fresh mozzarella, pecorino romano, garlic, parmigiano cheese and calabrian wild oregano.
Shaka Shaka $25: Vine-ripe pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, applewood smoked bacon, Maui gold pineapple, pickled serranos, red onion, parmigiano cheese and mango habanero bbq sauce.
The Rock $28 (pictured): Vine-ripe pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, rosa grande pepperoni, italian sausage, applewood smoked bacon, fresh basil, ricotta dabs, calabrian wild oregano and parmigiano cheese.
Tuscan $25: Mozzarella cheese, baby spinach, sun kissed tomatoes, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, red onion finished with fresh basil and feta cheese.
Wiki Supreme $27: Vine-ripe tomato pizza sauce, mushrooms, red bell peppers, red onion, pepperoni, Italian sausage, pepperoncini, olives. Finished with wild oregano and parmigiano reggiano.
